Our Story
Chef Andreas Bonifacio
“It was my mother that first saw my passion for food and cooking and she decided to support me in my decision to begin my career in the hospitality industry.”
After 33 years in kitchens around the world, Chef Andreas established himself in Thailand, in Hua Hin, with Andrea's Italian Restaurant & Grill, which opened in November 2014. What began as one dining room has grown into a family of restaurants built on the same belief: honest ingredients, patient technique, and a table that always has room for one more.
