As a waiter/waitress at Andreas Restaurant Group, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. With your friendly demeanor, impeccable customer service skills, and attention to detail, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment.


  1. Greeting and Seating Guests:
  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, escort them to their tables and ensure their comfort.
  • Provide menus and answer any questions or offer recommendations regarding food and beverage options.
  1. Order Taking and Accuracy:
  • Efficiently and accurately take orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly, ensuring smooth communication and timely service.
  1. Food and Beverage Service:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure proper table setting, including utensils, glasses, and condiments.
  • Monitor tables and promptly attend to guests’ needs, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and accommodating additional requests.
  1. Knowledgeable and Engaging:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests, considering their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Engage with guests, creating a friendly and personalized dining experience.
  1. Payment Processing:
  • Present bills to guests, accurately itemizing the charges.
  • Process payments through cash, credit cards, or other approved methods.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  1. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
